Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Please make sure to carefully review the size chart, product details, and descriptions before placing your order, as all sales are final.


At Ambition, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order at:

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

If the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
No replacements or exchanges will be offered.

Eligibility Window

All defect or damage claims must be submitted within 24hrs  after delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Size Responsibility

Sizing is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide before purchasing, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold on our store are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition products

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
